Question:how is the resistance on this machine? How hard is the max level of resistance?

Answer:Max resistance must be way challenging because I have to keep mine at minimum resistance. I am thrilled with this rower. Worth every single penny.

Question:What is the height of the seat. I’m an older woman with bad knees. Is it easy to get on and off?

Answer:Seat height is 22 1/2”. Very easy entry and dismount using the handles for stability as they are solid and do not move easily without your input.

Question:is it difficult to assemble by 1 person ?

Answer:It was easy for one person to assemble. Instructions were easy to follow.
