Question: Is there a position adjustment that allows you to sit up straight? Ot looks like Adirondack type position in picture may be the most upright setting?
Answer: This lounger has 4 position settings. The first/highest, I would say is upright. The photo shown is likely second highest position, plus ottoman extension which makes it looked more reclined. The lowest setting is flat enough to lie on my stomach.

Question: Do the backs of the chairs lay flat?
Answer: They do not lay completely flat, but are mostly flat. I’d say it is less than a 10% angle when reclined at its fullest. Comfortable enough to feel fully reclined on your back, maybe less so on your stomach.

Question: Is the cushion removable?
Answer: There weren’t any cushions with these chairs. It has some type of cushion built under the wicker to make them more comfortable. They are great chairs

Question: Is there 14″ from floor to seat like the dimensions figure shows? Thx.
Answer: Yes, from the floor to the top of the seat is 14”
