Question: Is it possible to add additional windows or skylight?
Answer: Yes for both. We do not sell skylights though.
Question: how would this to in nevada? ie hot summers…
Answer: It would do well. We recommend adding subflooring under the floor boards and maybe thermal panels between the ceiling boards and the roofing felt. Then a small wall mount modern A/C unit. After all it is ‘just’ 174 sqf space to climatize.
Question: What is the roofing material?
Answer: Roofing material is not included in the kit
Question: Can the roof support snow?
Answer: 60 lbs / sqf is the rating for this model.
Question: I’m interested in this design does it come in a larger version?
Answer: No this is the only version.
Question: is there a room for the bath or comode?
Answer: There is floor space to install a small bathroom in the back. You can also hide electric wiring inside those two walls.
Question: Do the windows open?
Answer: Yes they do.
