Question:Why is shipping taking so long?

Answer:I wouldn’t trust the other answer. I got a Gotrax scooter in 2 days from Taomotors Canada. It likely never shipped from one place to another place etc

Question:How many shock absorbers on this scooter?

Answer:This is an entry level scooter and the only shock absorber you get if from air tire same as any regular bicycle.If that wasn’t enough just go for different expensive brands with springs alright they are all on YouTube.

Question:Is it durable, has anyone had it for months without issues?

Answer:I’ve been riding this scooter 5 or 6 days a week on roads and trails for around 3 months and the only issue I have had is a flat rear tire after 2 months, it was easy to replace the old air filled tire with a solid honeycomb tire to avoid future flats.

Question:If the scooter is charging but isn’t fully charged yet and I took it off charge to ride because I had to go somewhere will that damage the battery?

Answer:No, you just get more battery life and keep riding
