We recommend sanding and sealing to maintenance your set’s beautiful look and feel; this process should be repeated at least once per season, or as often as needed (depending on the exposure to sunlight your set is receiving).

Question: How much weight can the seat hold and the small sofa?
Answer: My 200 lb boyfriend sits on them regularly without issue. As a guess I’d say 250 to 300 lbs would definitely put a strain on them.
