The milk reservoir has a lid and can be removed as a unit. Have been putting it in fridge regularly but try and clean once emptied

The machine works well for latte but not for espresso. Espresso tasts bitter. if i add sugar, it tasts like molasses. Any espresso tips? Thanks

Interesting. Mine does some pretty nice espressos. Make sure that you’re using the right grind and you’re not tamping too hard. I found that if I give it too much you get too much bitterness
