Answer:It has 220/110 outlets as well as 2 USB outlets.
I run a 11k AC unit with fridge and all the outlets easily

Question:Exactly how quiet is it? There must be a decibels rating.
Answer:I do not know the decibel rating but it is quiet and can be used in a camping situation with little annoyance.
Question:Does it need to be ground wired?
Answer:If you are plugging a device or appliance directly into the generator, you do not need to ground the generator. If you are hooking the generator up to a home with a manual transfer switch, we recommend grounding the generator using an earth-driven ground rod.
Question:Where is it made?
Answer:These are made in China and are of very good quality. My 3500iq has 635 hours on it and is still working perfectly. It is whisper quite, fuel friendly and produces good clean power.
