Question:What’s the weight limit? It just says 220# but I don’t know if that’s pounds or kilograms.
Answer:Hi there, it’s 220 pounds which is marked on the body of the e-scooter. The actual load would be heavier than that.
Question:Water, rain. is this ip54 or ipx7? the page and user manual say ip54. but the seller says ipx7.

Question:Can we change the handlebar grip for this?
Answer:I just tested out for you and it looks like you can just twist it off and pop back in.
