Question:What is the deck height when it is flat?
Answer:At 0 degrees (flat) the deck is 12″ (1 foot, 30.48 cm). This is also refer to as the step-up height – 12 inches.

Answer:The delivery was free but I had to assemble it

Answer:After you plug it into the wall, to power it on just tap the screen to wake it up. Simple.
Question:How can you set a workout so it doesn’t reset when you take a break? It keeps erasing my time and resetting incline.
Answer:If you hit the PAUSE button, it stays for a short time. I never leave it for more than a minute or two so I do not know how long the before it just times out by itself. I suggest you do two separate workouts so it will record what you have done.
Question:Youtube tv isn’t listed. does youtube tv work with this like hulu or netflix?
Answer:Youtube.TV is not one of the supported services at this time. They only have streaming support for Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, Disney+ and HBO Max.
