Question: Is this model work with voltage 120 v?
Answer: Hi there, yes our machines are designed to work on 120 voltage for the Canadian and North American Market.
Question: Please confirm Dimensions of product in inches (different amongst many suppliers)
Answer: The unit is 10- 3/4″ wide with a little half circle which is another 3/4″. You can see it in the picture. It is 11″ in height and 19″ in length.
Question: Is this machine suitable for a deepwell with harder water?
Answer: I would be a little concerned with the hard water. There is a test strip that comes with it that configures the machine for how many time you need to change the filter and descale. You may want to consider an RO system (This is what I use).
