Question: Does this spa have an external pump and if yes, how large is it? also, the specs mention both 220-240v as well as 110-120v. which is it?
Answer: The Tekapo uses a standard 3 prong 110-120V outlet.

Question: Do we add chemicals to the water if so is there a floating device?
Answer: To clean the spa you may add chlorine or bromine but they can not be mixed together.

Question: How many gallons does this hold?
Answer: It holds approximately 245 gallons of water.

Question: Is there a pump to remove the water???
Answer: You just open the outlet valve at the bottom and connect the garden hose and water goes out

Question: does the filter run constantly or does it turn on at only certain times i read also this is alble to be in the cold even freezing temps. is it true??
Answer: The spa can be left out all year round even in the winter. When the temperatures are cold the spa must be running otherwise the pipes will freeze. In addition the filter is always running.
