10″ Air Filled Tires Ride in comfort with our 10″ shock absorbing tires. The G4 supports riders up to 220lbs.	Digital Display To Unlock the Display Lock – The default password is 000. Press the “+” button to input “0” and press the power button to set. Repeat the process to enter the whole codes 000. Once it shows 000, press the power button twice to unlock. To Set Your Own Code – Press the “-” button and the power button together for 10 seconds. Then use the “+” button to input the first number of your code and press the power button to set. Repeat the process to set your own individual three numbers code. Once your new code is selected, press the power button twice to unlock.	Anti-theft Combination Lock 1.Unlock the anti-theft lock (default code is 0000). 2.Slide the reset button to the right (SET mode). 3.Set a new code by turning the dials. Note: Please shoot a photo after reset new code. 4.Slide the reset button to the left.

Answer:Had the same question. Have sent messages directly to the seller at least 4 times now. They sent me a replacement tube but never respond to where to get parts. Have asked about brakes, tires, tubes and they just seem to ignore the question. While the scooter is fun, I do not recommend it as parts seem to be not available for purchase.
