Customer questions & answers

Question:electrical connection needed?

Answer:The electric connection powers the screen for programs and monitoring. As well as the fan, and the plug if you want to connect your phone or iPad. The cord is long and can easily slide out of the way.

Question:How noisy is this? I live on second floor. Will it bother my neighbor downstairs?

Answer:These types of bikes with magnetic resistance are extremely quiet. When you change the resistance, you hear a little bit of noise but not much until it gets to the resistance which only takes a couple of seconds.

Question:How long does it take to assemble ?

Answer:I’m capable but not overly handy and it took me about an hour, maybe a little more.

Question:what does it mean ‘magnetic’? is the adjustment for resistance electronic or manual?

Answer:The resistance level and type of ride are set electronically on the instrument panel. The flywheel resistance is magnetic and gets harder for hills and mountains. You set the resistance level at 1-5 for each programmed ride, ie “ride in the park”, “rolling hills”, Pike’s peak” etc. I’ve had no problems, nice smooth bike.
