Customer questions & answers

Question:is the battery charger and battery included

Answer:Yes. I have bought 3 of this exact scooter for friends and family. We use them for our cruises. We’ve had no problems and never have had to have any of them worked on. The manuals tell you the trouble shooting problems and how to fix it.

Question:advantages of 3 wheel or 4 wheel

Answer:Hello and how are you? A 3 wheel scooter is going to give you a tighter turning radius for in doors and to maneuver through tighter spaces. A 4 wheel will give you more stability for out doors and uneven ground

Question:the wheight limit of user

Answer:300 lbs.

Question:What is the top speed and what is the distance it will go on one charge ?

Answer:The other answer is incorrect. It’s top speed is 4.25 MPH, comparable to a very fast walk. The farthest it will go on a charge is about 9 miles but that’s dependent on the weight of the passenger, the terrain you’re driving over and the speed you’re driving at. In general most folks will get 5-8 miles without difficulty.

Question:Can the batteries be removed from the scooter to charge o do they have to b charged as part of th scooter?

Answer:I keep my battery inside the house because it needs to be kept charge. I don’t use my cart daily so this way I don’t forget to charge it.

Question:my grandmother had a stroke years ago and only has use of her left hand. Can anyone tell me which side is the forward lever?

Answer:Both sides
